Job description

The Executive Assistant performs a variety of tasks to ensure that the company’s daily bookkeeping, accounting and financial functions run accurately and effectively.

• Posting daily financial transactions in QuickBooks

• Checking for accuracy in postings/reports, and reconciling and/or reporting discrepancies

• Preparing customer estimate/invoices and processing vendor invoices in a timely fashion

Outside Sales Representative – Multiple Locations

Job description:

The Outside Sales Representative position requires initial contact with new clients, developing new accounts and servicing existing accounts. The position requires travel to job sites and general availability to clients for questions and insights into epoxy systems. Additional requirements include customer management, projecting customer needs, and relaying information to individual store locations to maintain appropriate inventory levels.


  • Experience in marketing, sales or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Shipping and Receiving Associate – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job description:

Shipping and Receiving Associate
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the coordination and management of all incoming and outgoing shipments for Epoxy Depot. They will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for, and that all orders are filled and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. The shipping and receiving Associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all shipments, and for assisting in developing and implementing shipping and receiving policies and procedures. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


  • Maintain safety practices and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare items for shipment by assembling, wrapping, boxing, and labeling them correctly.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve discrepancies between bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with department managers to answer inventory questions or solve problems.
  • Keep shipping and receiving areas well-organized and free of clutter.
  • Communicate and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish ways to improve existing work procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling.
  • Assume all other duties as assigned.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a materials and logistics environment.
  • Intimate knowledge of Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory and Material Handling operations, methods, and practices.
  • Strong computer skills related to the use of Microsoft Office products, Warehouse and Inventory Management systems and Productivity Tracking Software.
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral) along with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to operate and train associates on all equipment associated within a warehousing environment (forklift, deep reach, walkie, RF scanner).

Job description:

We are looking for a competitive retail Store Associate to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Duties will include selling, restocking and maintaining a clean work environment. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization. We are rapidly growing and seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Store Associate to provide outstanding customer service.


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Recommending the correct products for each customer’s project.
