Epoxy Depot, a leading supplier of high-quality epoxy coatings and products, is seeking a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships in both Charlotte, North Carolina, and Duncan, South Carolina. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and promoting our comprehensive line of epoxy products. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, maintain excellent customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to generate new leads, increase sales revenue, and expand the customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, being their point of contact for inquiries, product recommendations, and order processing.
- Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate epoxy coating solutions to potential customers, providing technical expertise and offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our products.
- Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to showcase Epoxy Depot’s products, develop brand awareness, and generate sales leads.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform our Outside Sales Representative position.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry such as construction materials, coatings, or adhesives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales opportunities and negotiate favorable deals.
- Knowledge of epoxy coatings or related products is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and occasionally attend off-site meetings or tradeshows as required.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, CRM software, and other sales tools to maintain accurate records and reports.

Job Description: Personal Assistant to the CEO of Epoxy Depot
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Epoxy Depot. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses Paralegal experience and is comfortable traveling when required, as there will be occasions when you will accompany the CEO on business trips. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the CEO in various day-to-day activities, ensuring their professional and personal obligations are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who will be proactive in serving as a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Epoxy Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
· Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of their time. Anticipate schedule changes and proactively resolve any conflicts that may arise.
· Travel Planning: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle any necessary adjustments or changes during the trip.
· Communication and Correspondence: Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and letters, on behalf of the CEO. Draft, review, and edit various documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
· Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare relevant materials for meetings, conferences, and events. Attend meetings and take concise minutes, ensuring all action items are recorded and followed up on. Assist in preparing presentations and reports as required.
· Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Safeguard confidential documents, maintain a high level of professionalism, and always adhere to privacy regulations.
· Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on specific topics, industry trends, and competitors as requested by the CEO. Summarize findings, compile reports, and prepare presentations to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
· Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating various projects by tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing necessary administrative support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts, including clients, partners, vendors, and executives. Interact effectively, handle inquiries, and represent the CEO professionally.
· Personal Assistance: Provide discreet and efficient personal support to the CEO, including organizing personal appointments, managing family-related arrangements, running errands, and handling any other personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience as a Paralegal, executive assistant, or personal assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives or CEOs.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a complex and ever-changing workload.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
· Exceptional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
· Proactive and resourceful mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative to support the CEO.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
