Lou Barra is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the coatings industry, specializing in resinous coatings, cementitious applications, and surface preparation. His expertise spans large military bases, expansive warehouses, commercial environments, and residential projects.

As a dedicated trainer, Lou empowers team members and clients to exceed project expectations through quality service, timely completion, and effective communication. He tailors solutions to meet the unique needs of each project, fostering skill development and confidence in his trainees.

Pete began his illustrious career in residential concrete, poured foundation walls and footings in the late 80’s (1980’s not 1880’s, he’s old but not that old). Started an overlay business in 1996 back when it was called Spray Cement which led to acid stains, epoxies and synthetic water features in 2000. Always eager to learn something new, he’s done a little of everything over the years including concrete countertops, pour in place rubber floors, dyes, water-based stains, etc.…. He joined the Epoxy Depot family in August of 2022 and hasn’t looked back….. Pete’s teaching style is about leaning while having fun

Heath Ishman started in the coatings and decorative concrete industry in 2021. He moved into sales in 2023 with AAA Decorative Concrete Supply. He started with Epoxy Depot Glen Rose, now Epoxy Depot Fort Worth in 2024. He works as the sales/technical support rep and trainer for Epoxy Depot Fort Worth, currently.

As Andrew approaches his 10th year in the industry he has been recognized by his unique metallic systems and hand carved overlays! He is very well rounded and experienced with all concrete coating applications which has led him to be able to successfully train over 400 contractors! His recent achievement was capturing the 2024 Epoxy Floor Wars Blue Team Champion. If you’re in the Midwest region you will definitely want to check out any trainings held by Andrew. They are one of a kind.

Ethan is an Army veteran with extensive experience in the construction industry. Having worked across various skilled trades, he has spent years specializing in epoxies and coatings. Passionate about both teaching and learning, Ethan enjoys discussing projects, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow their businesses. He believes in the philosophy that “a rising tide lifts all ships.”

Mike is originally from South Carolina. He started his career in 2015 pouring prestressed/precast concrete for parking decks and building exteriors. He spent a few years doing flatwork and decorative concrete. He got into commercial & industrial epoxy along with polished concrete around the 2019 timeframe. His favorite projects are restaurants and commercial upfits. He currently works as an outside sales representative for the Epoxy Depot stores in the Southeast USA.
